My Story
From Building Homes to Helping People Find Them
My background isn't built on sales scripts. It's built on more than two decades of working with homes, understanding how they're built, and learning what truly matters to the people who live in them.
More Than 20 Years Behind the Walls
I've spent more of my working life around homes than I have selling them.
Before becoming a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, I spent more than 20 years working hands-on in residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement.
From framing and structural repairs to roofing, siding, windows, doors, cabinets, and interior finishes, I've worked on the details that make a house a home.
That experience taught me something important: there's a lot more to a home than what you see when you walk through the front door.
Today, I bring that perspective to real estate, particularly when helping buyers navigate new construction homes in Gainesville and Hall County, Georgia.
I understand how homes are built, the questions buyers should be asking, and why details that seem small today can matter years down the road.

My approach to real estate isn't built around sales scripts, pressure, or chasing the next transaction.
It's built around honest conversations, clear communication, and helping people make decisions they're comfortable with.
My journey hasn't always been a straight line. There was a time when I stepped away from real estate because I couldn't give clients the attention they deserved.
Rather than continue halfway, I chose to step back until I could fully commit to the profession and the people who trusted me.
That experience helped shape how I approach my business today.
I'd rather earn someone's trust than simply earn their business.

Gainesville and Hall County are where I've chosen to concentrate my real estate business.
From established Gainesville neighborhoods to growing new construction communities throughout Hall County, I want to help buyers and sellers understand their options and make informed decisions.

More Than a REALTOR®
Real estate is what I do, but it isn't all of who I am. I'm a father, a grandfather, a man of Christian faith, an aviation enthusiast, and someone who feels right at home exploring the mountains and trails of North Georgia.
My Christian faith is the foundation of how I try to live and serve others. It reminds me to lead with integrity, treat people with respect, keep my word, and do the right thing even when nobody is watching. I'm far from perfect, but those are the values I work to live by every day.
Outside of real estate, you'll often find me enjoying the outdoors, hiking a trail, learning more about aviation, or spending time with family. Those moments remind me that life is about more than work, accomplishments, or the next transaction.
That's also how I approach real estate in Gainesville and Hall County, Georgia. Behind every home is a person, a family, and a new chapter in someone's life. I never want to lose sight of that.
